Curatorial interpretation

Flowing biomorphic shapes in blue, orange, green, pink and cream curve through the canvas like rivers, hills and roots, with dotted and patterned zones. The mood is lyrical, flowing and warm. Landscape is simplified into fields, contours and gestures, closer to a felt memory of place than a record of it. The painting can be read as emotional terrain, where colour and movement carry the atmosphere. In the exhibition it appears at position 29 (ROOM VI), where its role is: large solo. As with all works here, the title is a curatorial working title, and details such as date, medium and dimensions await the artist's confirmation.
