Curatorial interpretation

A crowd of standing figures in pink, blue, cream, violet and grey fills the canvas edge to edge, with small coloured squares floating along the upper band. The mood is festive, collective and dense. Here the human figure is not described through anatomy but assembled from signs, so the body reads as a container of accumulated marks. The work can be read as a reflection on identity as something built over time, with personal and collective memory written onto a single form. In the exhibition it appears at position 05 (ROOM I), where its role is: large solo. As with all works here, the title is a curatorial working title, and details such as date, medium and dimensions await the artist's confirmation.
