Curatorial interpretation
Three grey trees, their trunks and branches drawn from tiny shimmering marks, stand against a black grid dotted with small coloured squares. The mood is nocturnal, organic and ordered. The composition works like a diagram: a limited set of modules is repeated, rotated and packed until it becomes a field with its own pressure and direction. It can be read as an image of order and variation, a system that holds many small differences together. In the exhibition it appears at position 21 (ROOM IV), where its role is: room transition. As with all works here, the title is a curatorial working title, and details such as date, medium and dimensions await the artist's confirmation.
Look slowly
Notice how the organic branches and the straight grid live on the same surface.
